so typical of the mining industry. as soon as money comes in the parasites crawl out to feast. I wouldn't dismiss this out if hand, but wouldn't panic either.

taking supreme court action suggests court ordered arbitration will now commence (if not have already failed as voluntary)... but this will not be resolved quickly and those lawyers on both sides are going to slap on 20%...so 40% round trip plus court ruling...so won't be small change.
this is such a pain.
