MND is a contractor and at best its gaining enough new work to cover work completed. The spike in 1Hfy18 revenue was exactly that... a spike. Management has stated this more than once. Can't grow the bottom line without top line expansion... esp when margins are smaller than previous years. As i stated weeks ago... i see the SP staying in the 13-16 dollar range. Needs a massive win to drive SP and maintain SP above $16.
