Value of deal ($$) should be stated clearly. Rough estimation is compulsory if exact figure is not available. In a Public Listed Company, Investors will be curious to see the numbers/figures.
Even small sales have to be announced if they bring along future prospects (not a one-time sale).
Subsidiaries' deals have to be announced as well if it affect the overall account of the company.
Did we meet these basic criteria? It seems like I am investing in the dark although I am a shareholders for many yrs now.
