    So, the $10m Acuity CPA is still in play (just in case they need it).....I'd say that definitely qualifies as one of those remaining skeletons in the WMX closet. I wonder when the $40m project funding from Mercuria is going to materialize? Maybe it's a no-show & they've renegotiated the old 2018 Acuity CPA instead. Just a guess.
