I would dare say the Mercuria drawdown for the 40milliion would be subject to this reserve update and DFS in January being completed. This raise also may have been a protective raise due to POG$ price falling like a stone recently and will possibly give management a little extra time to negotiate the timing of the Mercuria drawdown to get a better deal. Who knows???

The difference is the backers on the register want to see this company multi bag for them rather than just a small increase and this requires alot of coin being thrown at a project to get it to scale in order to justify a good MC.

DEG holders will learn this the hard way in mho. They are going to need 500million just to get the show running and it could cost well into the billion once producing. If you think otherwise you shouldn't be invested in miners and explorers.
