I've been reading about as much you can in a few posts over at PLS, which has left me with the same understanding.
PLS have the ball, and have an agreement to the affect that another bidder must put in a higher bid with PLS having the ability to counter the new bid.
I have also read that if the receivers reject the bid of PLS, PLS get a 2% break-fee ??
Not sure what the wording of the contract says regarding this sunset clause, but seams to have some validity or so says the posts over at PLS.
Are you aware of the clause ?
Yes if GXY bids up the price AJM would seam to get a boost and by proxy SYA may do as well.
