Conversion, Dividend and Trading Halt
Message:
We refer to the announcement released by BLIS Technoligies Limted (BLT) on
Monday, 23 April 2012, relating to the conversion of BLIS Technologies
Limited Convertible Preference Shares (BLTPA) to ordinary shares (BLT) on
Tuesday, 8 May 2012, in accordance with the terms of the prospectus dated 30
March 2009.
Conversion
The record date for conversion is 5pm,Tuesday, 8 May 2012. Conversion ratio
will be be subject to conversion formula (please see announcement on Monday,
23 April 2012 for full formula) but will range between a minimum of 1 BLTPA
share : 25 BLT ordinary shares, to a maximum 1 BLTPA share : 100 BLT ordinary
shares.
Interest Payment
In lieu of cash, the final interest payment on the BLTPA shares will be made
with an issue of BLT shares. The record date is 5pm, Tuesday, 8 May 2012.
Thursday, 3 May 2012 - Last day for trading in pre-conversion Preference
Shares (BLTPA) on NZSX
Friday, 4 May 2012 - Trading Halt pre-market open for BLTPA shares
Tuesday, 8 May 2012 - Record Date for conversion of BLTPA shares to ordinary
BLT shares
