Still can't figure out why APD SP continues to languish. About 6 months ago they had over $27m in their kitbag. How much of this has been spent on getting the new Convenience Retail REIT up to speed? Any chance of a share buyback sometime soonish? Why hasn't someone gobbled them up? An enigma.
