Well scaramouche, London certainly embraced the news (up 2/100ths of a penny )!
Most of the premium contributors here predicted the increase in conventional resource potential, so the Ann. was almost an affirmation.
News (and moreso the timing of that news, as just about every possible twist and turn has been mooted) that will surprise will spark this thing.
In the meantime, in for a penny in for a pound.
