"Aurelia has the right to convert these Facilities into ordinary shares on certain specified terms."
The note payment isn't due until September, however im unsure what the "certain specified terms" are upon which AMI can convert to shares.
As for Glen issuing a default notice, makes little sense as no payment due yet, unless there is a covenant breach of some kind within the terms of the notes?
