I wouldn't judge SP by that and I wouldn't follow most of investors. What can see is clealy the 2 exchanges have different sentiment now. If you do some research on the market in the past you will find there were sometimes when sp did not match for some reason and some time. In our case, it might take more time as usual unless management selling in Nasdaq, because of the long conversion time.No one can guarantee the future. it's possible in either way.
