It's called converting your tradable asx szl shares into US shares. Then be stuck with US shares in a trading halt indefinitely until they manage to get enough shares to trade on the Nasdaq. Basically you are locking your shares into a coffin where you can't sell even if the asx shares rally. Sezzle have been stuffing this nasdaq listing from the very beginning. What if asx szl goes up over $30 and the US Sezzle doesn't haven enough shares to trade and reopen? Then the Aus investors will be able to sell and you'll be stuck in an indefinite trading halt.
