My apologies. Yes you are right and I am dead wrong about that. I don't know exactly why they're looking to proceed but is there a possibility that because AVL is tied to the contract which counterparts wanted to move the project along to complete 2012 JORC because there are another somewhat FREE 40m options available there?
To be honest, despite the mixed lithium mineralogy would've been fine, but the problem is that they barely have any lithium there! Based on the performance target for completing 2012 JORC is they have to hit 50k Lithium Carbonate eq. which is almost F***all. As a shareholder, I am extremely disappointed at how the deal was done based on easy performance target and bad decision making despite of the available data on the internet.
