I think management, (or at least these four) should be ashamed of themselves. There are hundreds and hundreds of faithful holders that have stuck by this company since day one and I'm one of them. Yes, legally they can take the shares, morally? well that's another question. I'm not saying don't take them I'm saying take the current situation into account and be a little sensitive to the way we faithful have been feeling for a long, long time.
I hope they're reading this and have some vague sense of remorse for their terrible timing and outright greed and insensitivity to shareholders feelings. I'll still hold, what else are you going to do? Closed lower than the IPO price......fricken joke, shame on you greedy four.
If I sound pissed you're damn right I am! Good luck to all of us holders, hopefully one day OUR day will come
