You nailed it - directors on a suicide mission to destroy the share price - unless a rabbit leaps out of the hat time will be up shortly. I'm angry for the shareholders who participated in the placement at 1c per share. Seems a rip off that the directors knew or reasonably should have foreseen the 1c price was a potentially huge premium over what Bergen would be paying once it used its market power to erode the share price. This should have been foreseen. Why didn't they insist on no conversion for at least 12 months. No incentive whatsoever to pay more than 1c per share.
