I think this, coupled with Kennett's purchase, is a very good sign. A large holder willing to take such a huge amount of shares instead of cash is a big vote of confidence, and clears another $790k of debt and repayment obligations. Finally moving in the right direction. Surely the share price gets another jump on this...
