you are missing the $32 plus mission in cash it already had.
look at the detailed cashflow presentation. Outlines everything including quarterly cashflow forecast from operations! Including debt and most importantly net debt levels.
NO debt was retired apart from the normal amortisation of the 5 year debt facility to roll out the CBI contract.
