So the announcement is confusing, but I would imagine most of the $10.7 mil can't be moved from ASX holdco to TSI/Findi India. I am sure Parimal would have puta clause in when they issued debentures limiting how much FND can inject into Findi India and on what terms or this would have been in the agreement VOR made with TSI when acquiring 90% stake with earn out incentive for Findi India management.
