I'll be interested in any insights you can share from any response. It's a strange situation where from our perspective as shareholders, it would be great if the $10.7 million could be use to reduce management's share of Findi sharply and increase our share sharply, recalling that $10.5 million in 2022 acquired a 75% stake of Findi/TSI at the time. But recently we had Piramal pay $37.1 million to acquire the (right) to a 16.7% share of Findi in 3 years if it gets to IPO.
So you could imagine from management and Piramal's perspective that it would be unfair if ASX shareholders ccould invest on much better terms a few months on from what Piramal did. And if we can/could/have/will sharply increase our ownership stake, then today the share price should have really rocketed. I'm not saying it's not possible that we can/have sharply incresed our ownership stake, but you would think management and Piramal would have foreseen this situation when stipulating on what terms we as shareholders could increase our stake.
