Mate there is no way your theory is correct. He is not going to be trading this stock like a broker does.
He is a director who has disclosure responsibilities to the ASX and shareholders.
Take it for what it is, that he has confidence that the company will be worth much more than it is worth now, and he is putting his money where his mouth is.
I wish more director's that I am a shareholder of did the same.
If you look at the share price only, it does not match the great announcements so far and the announcements to come in the future..
I will be buying more now that's for sure.
