    Quality performance.. Back in August last year he claimed financing was going to be sorted by October/November (well before Covid excuse could be used) with Japanese or Australian banks likely to have very favourable terms. Claiming that the fair value price was 3 to 4 times the current amount at the time (suggesting $1+). Keep ticking them boxes ✔
