I'm reckon next vote for performance shares we vote it down unless there are better valuations. Between a few of us holder's we hold enough shares to make this happen, would only need 10% to make them more accountable. My 3% of the company will help make it happen. Should of been market cap say 30 mill for first/ 50 mill for second and 75 mill for there next performance shares. NOT 22.5cent/ 25 cents to easy for management.
