I spoke to the company secretary, they used 3 independent sources to confirm the conversion of the vwap etc was ok as it takes into account volume as well. He has a similar role in 6 or so other companies and whilst not knowing and not disclosing and future announcements he said this company gets him out of bed each morning with excitement as they move from a start up into the next phase. Interpret that as you want to.
