Jeez that is a lot of shares to issue for free considering it brings no funds into the company, unless i am misunderstanding? If they placed or paid those shares that would bring around $5 million at a time when we know cash will be required within next year. I guess congratulations are in order for getting sp up there, but would be frustrating if it drops back again now performance is rewarded. Of course if directors use the free money to buy on market that would be a huge positive.
