Sounds about right. I was more surprised at the actual cash value with current SP, relative to cash held by the company. I guess its probably just me but i just find it so frustrating when anyone is given free shares on top of what are often already good salaries (talking in general). Best approach in my opinion is when directors buy large holdings in their own company on market. Which funnily enough was what brought Rce to my attention when Mr Graham bought on market last year.
