It looks like the terms and conditions of the performance shares were in the original prospectus. Also looks like the bulk of the shares went to Graham Melrose, with a smaller number to James and others. I guess in the big picture i cant complain as without those two being involved i wouldnt be still 100% ahead and hoping for much more so fair enough. I think mr Melrose lost quite a bit on the preceding venture and played a big part in the concept of 327 apparently along with James. Not sure about the other names on the list.
