As share prices can (and do) fluctuate, and the result of the proceedings might not be known for a considerable time, courts will peg a share transfer at a particular value per share, so that neither party is able to 'manipulate' the situation to their benefit by stalling/delaying the process. That is what happened in this case - you can believe that, or not - I don't care!
I will also give you piece of free advice - you may want to exit this discussion before your infantile comments reveal the full extent of your ignorance - and name calling does not make you look smarter, on the contrary. Learn basic civility.
