Looks like Rykster was CORRECT!!!!
RECCE's decision to challenge the conversion of the performance shares for its former employees and directors has cost the company $1,417,527 in cash!!!! - (as disclosed in the Annual Report issued today).
No mention of legal costs which I am sure Recce will have to pay as well.
This is money that could have and should have been allocated for more important areas such as development of their products. Given no R&D can be claimed on this outlay this has in effect cost Recce over $2 million.
