I can't believe I am having to restate this after previous discussion on valuation metrics.
You can calculate a valuation using EBITDA... it is very accepted, and I have compared it like by like with 2 other coal based companies... in case you didn't realise, PE and EPS are not the only ways to determine a companies valuation - cash flow and many other metrics contribute.
