Notice those coming out in defence of board are using same bs language as the crap in the after close release and when deal was first announced.

Reframe the issue to who wouldn't have jumped at the chance to buy into the Solid assets? There is absolutely no rational reason a board with any integrity would not have utilised their one off rights to redeem the notes. It beggars belief why the option was even inserted into deal in the first instance?

Xrocks you're prudent to be cynical, particularly when it comes to small cap mining companies as from experience it attracts more spivey types than not. Sadly the latter category are the exception to the rule as BRL board have reinforced again.
