Xman, i felt exactly as you do yesterday. I barely slept last night. On Principal I also wanted to sell, because I have lost trust in management to represent my interests. They are either ignorant of business acumen or thieves- the answer I don't know but either way not good.
I couldn't do it though at materially below my opinion of intrinsic value (even after full dilution). If I had of known this was coming I would have taken 17-18 cents last week and never looked back. Respect your decision but hope you are wrong.
