Reading the fury in many posts, I can see how a lot of share holders noses are out of joint. But remember my post a while back - the upward slope of the sp chart was getting too steep. Now, I've been flamed before for rambling too much so straight to the point - if you've been investing for a while - always expect the downward slope - so what ever the reason - get over it - this happens all the time.
Myself - keeping the usual watching brief and monitoring peripheral indicators E.G The number of rentals available has recently plummeted to near shortage levels. i.e. a good hint that the place is on the move.
Therefore - keeping my powder dry and not reacting in a hurry.
