Yes, and please do let me know how you and others get on with your questions either via email, mail, call or at the AGM - I'm not saying "don't ask questions", I can't wait for their responses to you and others - and as I've previously asked, it would be great to share what you've found out on here with us - I just wanted to put a bit of objectiveness in it instead of getting carried away with some people (maybe) making more money than others.

Another thing I forgot to mention (which in times of grief/collapsing coal prices will come in very handy!) is at least BRL have no debt! sometime tells me it was simply safer, less risky, and easier for them to convert rather thank risk raking up tens of millions to pay out the, then angry powerful instos, their capital back + interest bills + any other costs with breaking the RCPS / convertible notes.
