The bonds are converted at a higher price and Paladin have the option to buy them out if the SP is higher so not materially dilutive.
Paladin has a great asset in LH which it has sold 25% of but also has a host of fantastic growth options in the U space. Unrivaled on the ASX and has KL on C&M which can be turn key and go in a short period. Huge upside imo and will fly along with the U price.
