    Too "early" to tell; not exactly sure what the delay is but if they are having trouble at $92lb a pound, they probably can't get it done.

    if it does happen we need to call an EGM to vote on the deal

    only certainty is the final $150k repayment ... at floor price of 0.8 cents.
