You can't match a gross profit figure with a cash outflow figure from a quarterly cashflow statement. You need to look at total revenue inflow. If sales are 1000 units then company will receive 'unit sales price' x 1000 as receipts from customers.

Gross profit is part of a profit and loss statement and is match against expenses. Not all cash outflow is an expense.
