Wow i was a big supporter of this Company as i think what they have built could add significant value to shareholders but now they are undertaking a raising at $0.10 which is less then half the current share price! (Investors can convert the notes to shares on a quarterly basis)
Not a good look, i guess thats where management currently value the Company.
Very shocked.
