You are right on the money, this is mismanagement. 101. The suspension is non-compliance with ASX and asic rules. the board and management should be removed. Its piss weak that this board are not looking after the interest of all shareholder. I suspect this is about holding LKO back, It (lko) has been a Armour Energy takeover target before, and if we where trading I suspect the competition from VEN would not be in Nick,s interest.
