This will likely be circulated to shareholders over the course of July as the Company nears the appropriate timing in seeking the required shareholder approvals. At the current stage our US counsel advise that there is no more that the Company can disclose.

My take out, Craig & Niall will do what it takes with their own funds to keep the working capital where it needs to be ( & they should derive some benefit from this ) until the US listing can proceed ( expecting update soon, July mentioned in this note ).
