You're right Viney, this is quite a reasonable deal. This will ultimately allow us to get TCM primed for production and pave the way for a re-rating.

Patience might finally be rewarded, and 2015 is looking more like the year we finally get things underway be it production or take over. Happy sitting tight, still a bit of work to be done but it's all coming together.
