    cant make enough money.
    cant pay their bills other than by share dilution but to whom is not identified.
    not running it by existing shareholders to thin their diminishing share price.
    extremely well paid company staff.
    sudden exit of the person who salvaged the company from kidman.
    i could continue but .........
    where to now?
