Apart from the paperwork, this stock should be trading imminently. Going concern issues should be resolved.

I'm less concerned about the dilution. If you were to compare this stock to almost any other stock on the ASX (particularly at start up phase), AKP remains miserly on share issuance. When i point out the number of shares on issue to friends, they are stunned. When we get a demonstration don't underestimate the price at which this can trade.
