1st time on this site although a CFE SH for some time . I wonder if it was made quite clear at the time of the convertible note issue that it was from another one of Tony Sage's Cape Lambert " stable " , TGF , of which CFE own 19.9 % with TS on the Board ? One interpretation of this $ 1 loan might be that TS can achieve another few % points of COV without breaching the takeover rules i,e by converting the Note into 4 million shares ? Does not sound like a genuine competitor entering the fray for COV , just a creeping takeover by the back door by CFE . IMO - could be totally wrong of course , just a suspicion . Anyway based on drilling potential I'm going to buy some on Monday ! TS has the Midas Touch - everything he touches turns to Gold !!~ He's my investment hero !
