This is a 10% dilution of our shares for $200 million for acquisitions(unknown)M&D(unknown) the notes converted at 35% of the agreed price??? if Acland was approved one would assume our share price will increase much more than that so is Acland done and dusted and we need the money or a good deal for those eligible to participate in the convertable notes if acland is approved?
10% is a hefty whack if it's not followed up by a hefty spike in share price
