thanks for the clarification. It is indeed very technical in terms of the whsp offering.
It is interesting, this note is very similar to a convertible note issued by whsp in January. This announcement is basically off the same template.
my take away at this stage is that it is relatively cheap funding. And the only reason they would need funding is if they are about to make an acquisition or major capital investment.
