Dividends & Convertible Notes - Update
Interesting that in the January 2021 WHSP Note issuance (very similar to this one), a dividend adjustment to the Conversion Price only occurs when divs are above 62c pa (ie the previous annual div for WHSP). Obviously to prevent dividend stripping away from the noteholders.
Awaiting the Singapore document to determine if the same exists in the NHC offer document.
