    I'm more interested to know why, what is for all intents and purposes appears to be a Chinese Investment outfit, should see fit to scoop un 45M shares/ 5% of the company in the last little while. I know it's not a huge dollar amount, more the intent.

    Can't imagine they're doing it on a wing and a prayer.
