Peter Grey doesnt "think" the company was set up to takeover. He "thinks" the company was rewarded for growth at all costs (who cares about the cost, and the quality of customers), and says, "he thinks" that now market sentiment is that profitability at all costs will see zip rewarded.
Just an observation around confidence. "thinks" doesnt really convey any sense of conviction. You'd expect that by now he would have absolute certainty, one way or the other, on these fundamental issues.
"Zips ability to pivot is key to it's success", its competitive advantage ?. It's ability to reinvent it's "product construct" more quickly than mainstream players. Is this like run away ?. Do something else ?

Meanwhile for the HC crowd, who are so good at reading charts and divining tea leaves, or is it the other way around, how come you're not as adept with spreadhseets ?. Input of known information, and simple maths will show exactly what this is worth. For those (very few areas open for interpretation, I used assumptions that have proven less bold than reality and I still only achieved a share price of 9c (ie based on my opinion regarding assumptions, risk etc).
Either DCF/NPV valuations or the wishes of long term zip holders are really screwed u,p. The only ones having fun here are the day traders.
