2.1 million market cap in fact River - one last throw of the dice to see if they can interest someone into signing up to jv Ascalon.....
My big concern was they were insolvent if SIP played hardball. At least we now know they have the petty cash jar but not much else. Can the master deal maker pull off one last coup or is it a coup too far?
