    Mmmm, very interesting. Orion has always been running with regular funding top-ups from investors but this is pretty substantial and should allow them to plan further ahead. An $8M raise on a $12M cap is chunky! I am not familiar with these convertible notes though so would be interested in the feedback of others of the 2.6c cost of these. Fair?
